Soldier Jet Pack Tested To Help Soldiers Run Faster

 OK, so it’s not nutrition, supplement or fitness related, but you’ve got to admit this is pretty cool. If we remove the fact that this piece of equipment is designed for battles and war, and just appreciate the fact that this piece of kit is meant to make people run faster…using a jetpack…then you have to admit it COULD be an exciting piece of kit! Used on the battlefield, this piece of equipment could be used to help soldiers escape dangerous situations as well as preserving energy (there’s your fitness link there). This project was requested by the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) who have also asked for exoskeletons ready to be used on the battlefield.

He then went on to work as a Dietitian (RD) in the NHS, during which time he conducted clinics for healthy eating, weight loss and weight gain, as well as specialised consultations on Diabetes, IBS and Coeliac disease to name a few. He has vast amounts of experience at devising diet plans and supplement regimens, as well as working in the community with schools and competitive athletes.
