Spend Your Time Wisely : Pack A Snack The Night Before

What do you do at night? Do you hit the gym or go for a run, maybe you get home and relax, have some play time with the family or do some work…whatever it is you’re doing, apply the same level of discipline and dedication you afford to the gym to your diet! Take 20-30mins to prepare the fuel you need for the next day guys!

Boil some eggs off (8-10mins) and stick them in a Tupperware container, put in the fridge and take to work for an ideal mid-morning snack.

Put 6-7 tablespoons of natural yoghurt in a tub, drizzle a teaspoon or two of honey, sprinkle on some flax seed, sunflower seeds and fruit, top with some cinnamon and put in the fridge.

Wrap 2-3 ryvita’s in some cling film and take some light cream cheese in a separate tub ready to satisfy your mid-afternoon munchies the next.

Basically guys, take clear, precise, conscious steps to meeting your nutritional needs on a daily basis. Heck, you wouldn’t go to the gym and train your balls off only to not bother with a protein shake (e.g. Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey) and electrolyte replenisher such as High 5 zero (as an example)…so don’t take short cuts with your meals!
