Spread Butter As A Snack To Keep You From Craving Rubbish


Hang on a second, before I even start on this post let me just set the record straight here, if you thought for one moment I was suggesting spreading butter on your snacks you have me mistaken. That is right, I am talking about using a nut butter on your snacks and food which will help keep you full and prevent you from wanting something sugary and sweet. Did you know you can use peanut, cashew, almond, walnut butter on pretty much all foods.

A side note to point out however is making sure you go for a spread which is natural and only contains what you would expect, the nut and possibly a kind of oil, for instance palm oil to bind it. Avoid cheaper nut spreads which are more likely to have trans fats in them which could lead to health problems. Spread this butter on fruit, bread and other snacks and you will instantly feel the difference, those muffins don't seem so appealing now do they ;)
