Sprint like a Champion... 'Bolt Power'

Usain Bolt won his third 200 meter world title at the weekend in Moscow with a time of 19.66 seconds. That's an average speed of 22.8 mph. How is it possible that he is the fastest man in the world? Well here's how.

Bolt focuses on Strength, Power and Acceleration. Of course, it goes without saying he has fantastic technique where he continues to win gold in races.

To increase your strength, power and acceleration include dynamic and explosive exercises into your routine that will focus on your Type 2 muscle fibers. Exercises like Jump squats, jump lunges, box jumps, power press ups and sprints will certainly increase your alertness. Oh and to give you the extra jumping edge, supplement using a creatine before you exercise and unleash your 'bolt power'!!
