Start Your Morning With An Active Stretch


How many of you wake up feeling tired and sore from your workout you had the day before? Being sore from your workouts can actually affect how you sleep and as a result can leave you feeling tired the next morning. Start your day the right way with a 10 minute active stretch which will wake your body and muscles by pumping fresh oxygen and blood around.

An effective stretching session in the morning is going to help relieve any tension within your body and wake you up. Start from the top of your body and work your way down to the lower part. If you find any areas which are particularly sore then stretch these out for a little while longer so that you release further tension. Stretch, feel alive and enjoy your day!
