Health experts are warning teenagers to stick to one glass of fruit juice per day as it contains a lot of sugar which could cause health problems later on. The main risk being diabetes as too much sugar being consumed on a regular basis can cause this condition. Although juice is a good drink to have, they are recommending you only stick to one per day to limit your risks. The survey, which involved 4,000 adults and children between 2008 and 2012, says 48 per cent of men and women have above-normal levels of cholesterol, putting them at higher risk of heart disease and strokes.
How many glasses of juice do you have per day? Do you stick with just one or do you have a few throughout?
