How many times do you say you will do something tomorrow and when it comes around you don't actually get it done? I'm sure many of you reading this right now will think of that one thing you should be doing but is still yet to be completed. In terms of your fitness, by the end of reading this post I want you to have enough motivation to get what needs to be done and to stop putting it off until tomorrow.
When it comes to making a start in changing your body it's very easy to say I'll start on a Monday just because it's the start of the week. Many of us associate starting a new goal at the beginning of the week but I am here to tell you that you can start a new goal any day of the week. If it's the middle of the week and you wait until Monday, you're potentially missing out on 3-4 days to kick start your new body, and you give yourself time to talk yourself out of starting. Don't give yourself this excuse, make the change on this day!
Have A Vision
When you start a new goal you need to make sure you have a vision of where you want to end up. It's a good idea to have an end goal picture in your head so that you know exactly what you're working towards. Having a vision means putting a finish line in your head which indirectly tells you that you have to make it to the end. It also gives your goal a special meaning and makes it possible, real.
Having an idea of what you want to achieve is great but it means nothing unless you execute what it is you want. When you set out on this journey you must realise that there will be times you face obstacles which can set you back but as long as you believe in yourself you will achieve your goal. Trust the process that even though it's going to be obstructive, you will make your end goal.
The best piece of advice I can give you is to keep going even if you go through a difficult time in reaching your goal. Make sure you start today after reading this post and you take action so your dreams become reality. Go out there today and start working on your goal, go!
