Sometimes things will get to you, they will stress you out and will make you feel like you aren't in control of what you are doing. Did you know when you are in this state, your body releases more cortisol which also releases insulin and could mean weight gain. Your hunger will also increase but in a bad way as you are most likely to crave sugary, bad foods which are high in saturated/trans fats!
How do you stay stress free? Remain positive, eat healthy foods and do things you love doing! :)
