Stretch For A Functional, Leaner and Fitter Body
Ok, so you don't need to be stretching like the female in this picture but it is important to stretch each day. How many of you exercise? How many of you have tired, aching muscles after a workout? Did you know you should be stretching for at least 10-15 minutes per day? Can you honestly say you do this? It is very easy to forget and put it off however, in order to develop a fitter and leaner body YOU MUST stretch daily!
Stretching is important because you will alleviate tension from the muscles. When you exercise you build up toxins and knots between your muscles that in time will limit your range of movement. This is bad and you do not want this to happen. So to keep injury free, more supple and more functional you should perform different stretches for all your muscles within the body.
