Stretching After Your Workout Is Bad For You....

FACT-OF-THE-DAY-logo

..... Said no one ever!! I will speak to so many people, especially guys who will not stretch because they think it decreases their chances of increasing lean muscle mass. Make sure you stretch after a workout so that you lengthen the muscles you have shortened whilst training, this will increase your chances of building/changing your physique. Stretching, helps improve your posture and corrects imbalances you have within certain muscle groups, for example if you hunch over from your shoulders, perhaps a good stretch within the chest is needed? 10-15 minutes of passive mobility stretching will certainly help you recover quicker and get you back into the gym sooner :)
