The Strongest Village In India : 90% Of Villagers Become Bouncers & Security Guards

WHATS IN THE NEWS logo

And a ‘village’ it is… so much so that the gym comprises of bench pressing motorbikes and lifting tractors! Despite this ‘spit in the sawdust’ approach to training, many of the inhabitants of Asola-Fatehpur Beri village, 90% in fact, go on to become high flying members of security firms and bodyguards. All of the men in this village are obsessed with bodybuilding, but it is also compulsory for them to get an excellent education known as a class 12 education.

Their diet has consisted of milk, bananas, eggs and curd since the age of 14 in order to bulk them up. It is not uncommon for these men to chow down 12 bananas, half a kilo of fruit, 2kg of yoghurt, 1.5litres of badaam, a type of almond infused milk, per day! Non- vegetarians also consume 10 egg whites and an entire boiled chicken for good measure.

I guess it’s true… in the words of Rich Piana, ‘you’ve gotta eat big, to get big’
