Fizzy drinks could age you as much as what smoking does because of what they do to your cells. They accelerate the speed at which cells age and people who have 2 cans of pop a day are likely to look older than what they actually are. There has been limited studies but what they have seen is that it can be closely linked to smoking and how this also damages cells in the body.
