So I recently posted if carrots help you see better in the dark, if you haven't read it give it a quick read (no I'm not going to tell you) ;). The question for today is, can eating enough carrots change your skin colour and give you a more healthy glow? Well, it turns out that because carrots are filled with a beta carotene - a chemical compound found in lots of fruits and vegetables that can change skin pigment. Carrots aren't the only vegetable that could help give you a glow, other ones such as spinach, peppers and other leafy vegetables. Did you know some fruits like mango, melon and apricot can also help. If you need a tan, don't hit the sunbed, eat more of these fruits and vegetables instead ;)
