Hard work is a virtue.... Sine Labore Nihil....Pain is weakness leaving the body....what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger....Supercompensation leads to improvement....OK I made that last one up, but the sentiment is very true, let me explain!

Supercompensation is a complex name for a very simple principle....improvement comes through progression! In order to get fitter, you have to do more than what you did before, otherwise you just stay the same.....After all....If you always do what you always did, then you’ll always get what you always got (this one I didn’t make up)!

Amazing how so many inspirational sentiments can stem from one scientific truism!
