Full moons according to research make it difficult for us to sleep and let go of the stresses of the day. People state they get less sleep and reduced levels of deep sleep where the body recovers best. Could this be because the full moon is brighter and lights up more of the sky or is there more of a scientific reason behind it? There has been three full moons since July of this year and last night concluded the trio of bright moons.
