Is There Too Much Sugar In Your Diet??

Doctors and other health specialists are suggesting that sugar content in a lot of the foods and drinks we consume to be lowered by 30% to reduce diseases and health risks. Too much sugar in your diet can be detrimental to your health and can increase blood pressure or even make you diabetic!

Did you know that a small Starbucks caramel Frappuccino contains 11 teaspoons of sugar and a mars bar has 8. Health professionals are calling sugar the new tobacco and it needs to be reduced before it gets out of control!
