I get asked often what supplements I use and here are my top 5 I would advise using. You don't need to use these all at once, but certainly a couple of them are a staple in my diet. Remember, supplements aren't the main reason I am in shape, they just help supplement my diet. Eating good, nutritious food and training hard is what keeps me looking good, these are a bonus!!
