Training legs is no easy session and if you do find it easy then I guess you just aren't training them hard enough ha! But seriously, leg sessions are tough and this is because you are training a major muscle group. Did you know that the pressure you put on your foot can determine the stress you put on your quads? For example when the stress is on the ball of your foot this can really work the vastus medialis, which is the muscle also known as the tear drop. On the other hand (or should I say foot) if the stress is on the sole of the foot then this works more of the outer part of your quad which is known as the vastus lateralis. A good way to maximise this fact is trialing this out on the leg press machine, rather than in a squat :)
