As the title states, do you train your trapezius muscles on back or shoulder workout days? Is there any difference in training them on either day? Should you just stick with one day? Well, in my opinion you can train these muscles on either day and you might save your forearms if you do it on shoulder day. Shrugs and upright rows which work the traps well also work your grip which is commonly used during your back sessions and not so much on shoulder days! If you are looking for 'that pump' then you might want to stick working them on back days!
