Do you need a new reason to hit the treadmill? Look no further than trying out some treadmill pushes which are going to really work you! No need to turn the treadmill on but you will need to use a clock to measure the time spent on it. Simply push against the treadmill whilst standing on the plate and burst into a sprint for 20-30 seconds over 5-6 intervals. Give it a go and be prepared to get some weird looks ;)
