Drinking a glass of cherry juice in the morning and again in the evening is helping older people's sleeping patterns. Researchers studied a group of 68 year olds and told them to drink the juice twice a day instead of using sleeping pills or other medication to help that sleep at night. This trial was done for two weeks and the group reported they slept a lot better for using the drink. The juice is said to release different chemicals and trigger hormones to allow you to sleep better when you need to drift off at night.
