Mercifully for me, sometimes it’s the simple things that count, so it’s great when you can take a VERY simple recipe and make a supremely protein dense and delightful little desert to 1.) Stave off the sweet tooth cravings one often gets after a meal, and 2.) Bump up your protein intake over the course of a day. And when I say bump up the protein, I mean BUMP it right up to around 25-30g protein per serving, and at just 100 ish calories! This whey protein powder take on a fluffy, mousse is ideal with some fruit or even on its own. All you have to do is take a Casein protein (these thicken better than whey) and mix it with milk, once you’ve done this blend it with a hand blender or whisk until the mixture thickens… Job DONE!
