Use A Pre Workout or Stick With Coffee?

Are there times when you are feeling tired and don't feel like working out? Do you sometimes feel like you lose strength half way through your workout but want to push more? If you are saying yes to these questions then I recommend you use a pre workout supplement which is going to give you increased endurance, strength and energy.

Some people will tell you how a pre workout is nonsense and they simply don't work which is fine because it isn't for everyone. However, I use a pre workout on days when I know I need it the most. For instance on a leg or back training day where I am working my body to it's maximum, I can't think of using something more effective than a pre workout supplement 20 minutes before my session.

Why do I rate them? Well, the ingredients inside a pre workout supplement simply help your body work harder and give you a better workout. Beta Alanine and L-Arginine are the main facilitators  within a pre workout which increase endurance and promotes more oxygen to get to your muscles. Caffeine and taurine are other ingredients used inside to give you a buzz and keep energy levels high.

I rate pre workout supplements and my current favourite is PhD VMX2, give it a try for yourself and notice the massive difference in your workouts ;)
