Veganuary - The month where many people take up a vegan approach as an attempt to cleanse their body as no animal products are consumed. This type of diet became popular when Beyonce and Jay Z did this for 22 days at the end of 2013 and since this it has seen more people choose to go Vegan for a set period of time.
The vegan society estimates there are 150,000 people in the UK are vegan which means they do not eat any animal products. Instead they consume foods like beans, grains, pulses, and vegetables.
