How many of you are warming up properly before your workout? Not warming up at the beginning of your training session significantly increases your risk of injury! This sounds so obvious yet I see many people just jumping straight into their workouts with heavy weights.
Make sure you warm up and you stretch the muscles you are going to work so that you reduce the risk of injury. Warming up may be boring and I know how much you want to get on with your workout, but trust me on this one, a 5 minute warm up will save you TIME in the long run.
