Warming Up Could Save You Time

How many of you are warming up properly before your workout? Not warming up at the beginning of your training session significantly increases your risk of injury! This sounds so obvious yet I see many people just jumping straight into their workouts with heavy weights.

Make sure you warm up and you stretch the muscles you are going to work so that you reduce the risk of injury. Warming up may be boring and I know how much you want to get on with your workout, but trust me on this one, a 5 minute warm up will save you TIME in the long run. If you get injured have you thought about the consequences? You may not be able to exercise for 1 week? 1 month? 6 months? Think about it logically and make sure you warm up, and if you need any tips on what warm ups to do on each muscle group then please leave a comment below and we will get back to you :)
