How do high protein, melt in the middle chocolate protein truffles sound?
For this recipe, we’ve included chocolate truffles into this high protein recipe with a festive twist!
These truffles contain 40g of protein just from the whey protein powder alone whilst also being full of fibre and tasting amazing.

50g Ground Almonds
2 Scoops Warrior Whey – Vanilla Ice Cream
1tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Cocoa Powder
1 Whole Egg
20g Golden Syrup
4 Chocolate Truffles
Simply add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl (except the chocolate truffles) until you have a cookie batter consistency.
Then place the mixture into portions onto a greased baking tray.
Add the chocolate truffles into the centre and then cover with the remaining mixture to create a ball shape.
Then place in the oven at 180 for 20 mins until golden brown.
Add icing sugar as decoration to serve.
