How Much Water Do You Need On A Daily Basis

Did you know that you should be drinking enough water for your body type on a daily basis? The easiest way of working this out is taking your body weight in kilograms and multiplying this by 28ml. So for instance I weigh 80kg which equates to 2240ml before exercise. If you exercise then you might need to take on another 500-1000ml depending on how much you sweat and what you are doing. Make sure you are drinking enough water from day to day for optimal performance :)
