How many of you use your weighing scales as a constant reminder of how you need to lose weight? How many of you sometimes check the scales and are happy with your progress but on other occasions you aren't? I have some news for you which you may have gathered from the image and that is constantly stepping on the scales is not a good idea. For instance, did you know that on average per day you excrete nearly 1kg of poop, and 75% of that is water!
Basically the message I am trying to get across is just because you see on the scales you have lost weight it doesn't always mean it is fat! This is why the scales are not always an accurate way of weighing yourself so please do not use them everyday as this will only frustrate you.
Nearly 1kg of poop leaves your body which is approximately 2 pounds, enough weight to make you feel as if you are losing body fat right? If you are going to use the scales, weigh yourself once a week at the same time on the same day for a more accurate reading instead of once or twice a day :)
