Did you know the best way to build a strong WIDE back is by performing wide grip pull ups. Granted, you should do the above exercises but even the greatest bodybuilder of all time, Arnold Schwarzenegger said that you need to do you pull ups to truly work your back muscles.

Wide grip pull ups are hard but they are effective so make sure you do them at the start of your workout when you are fresh and your muscles are at their strongest.
