If you are a woman and you lift weights you should be prepared to face the concequecnes of other people looking at you in complete admiration! What? Did you really think for one second that women shouldn't lift weights? Many people today will still argue and state that women who lift weights are manly, too big, silly etc etc! Ladies, if you want to change your physique and make yourself feel better, stop using the treadmill so much and lift some weights instead. A few weight sessions a week with some cardio is really going to help you build a better physique, give it a try when you're next working out ;)
