There are many supplements you can use before a workout which will increase your intensity and mental focus for your session. Did you know that using a foam roller before a workout can increase the pump you get within the muscle too? The reason this happens is because the foam roller essentially irons out any knots you might have within the muscle allowing them to contract at a higher rate. Less knots and tightness within the muscle allow more blood flow and oxygen to reach the area you're working on that results in a better workout.
