It amazes me somewhat that I still speak to people who are completely unaware of the amazing benefits sipping BCAAs will give you. Some haven't heard of them and others are just oblivious to the fact they exist, no biggie though cos that's why we are here to help you guys and girls. Please take BCAAs like you would your protein everyday, they are a staple in my supplement routine and you will see it this way for many pros too. Either use a powder (my favourite) or tablet form and have them before, during and after your workouts or on rest days to INCREASE muscle recovery, repair, strength and energy.
