L-Arginine is an amino acid that you will see in your pre workout supplements but can be used just on it's own to get a good enough dose that will increase stamina and pump during training sessions. Quite simply, this supplement will widen your blood vessels allowing more oxygen and blood to transport to the muscles you're working on, giving them greater contractions and allowing your body to lift more weight. Simply use this amino acid 20 minutes before training and then you're set ;)
