Half of employees state they are not happy with their lifestyle and admit that they haven't got the right balance. One in two adults believe they don't have the right work and life balance and this is due to working long hours, eating a poor diet and lack of sleep. Stress and anxiety levels have risen within 12 months in more than half of people in Britain as they just cannot seem to get the balance right. Results show that one third of people are consumed by work and it is the first thing they will think about upon rising. Switching off, relaxing and stepping away from work seems to be much harder for most people than others.
