In a world where the demand for meat is drastically increasing, a more sustainable source of the ‘good stuff’ is becoming ever more important. So what if you could make thousands of patties from one strip of meat, now that really would be more sustainable. Both critics say flavour was slightly different to regular meat, but otherwise consistency and mouth feel was very similar. This, it seems, is a very good start to what could become a worldwide revelation!
