These protein squares are also cheap, and incredibly easy to make, whilst also having no cooking time or baking time.
50g Coco Pops
2tbsp Peanut Butter
25g Golden Syrup
2 Scoops XL Nutrition XTRA Whey – Caramel Toffee Popcorn
I used a reduced sugar chocolate sauce topping for these squares.
Simply add all of the dry ingredients (Whey & Coco Pops) into a mixing bowl.
Then add the wet ingredients into a separate bowl (Peanut Butter & Golden Syrup) and warm in the microwave until melted.
Add the ingredients together and spread into a greased baking tin and press down firmly.
Leave in the freezer for 25 mins to solidify.
Once frozen, add your toppings!
Then cut up into portions and store in the fridge.
