I hope you had a great Christmas and listened to the advice I gave last Monday. This week it is all about New Years and celebrating the New Year. However, just because it is New Year it doesn't mean you have to go crazy and excessively drink, eat bad food and regret what you have done. Ultimately, I can assure you if you are wanting to change your physique, putting your body through a heavy night of drinking is not the way forward. I'm not saying you shouldn't drink, please do go out but just remember you need to focus on your goal and keep it in mind at all times.
