Bought these as an afternoon snack as a meal replacement and I have had both flavours, I think they taste nice and are good value for money. I haven’t experienced any headaches like some people.

The cheery almond bars taste average, nothing to rave about. But these bars give me a headache so I'll be trying some other brand. Proceed with caution!

having just started a high protein diet, i use these bars during my 12 hour shift at work. very tasty (cherry flavour is a bit too 'cherry' for me, but choc orange is the best), very filling and helps keep my sweet tooth at bay......highly recommended!!
