Introduction

These terms govern your use of the Discount Supplements website (discount-supplements.co.uk) and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We are Peak Health Distribution Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 04708785. Our registered address is Clay Street, Hull, HU8 8HA. We trade as Discount Supplements.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy from us. We accept your offer when we send a dispatch confirmation email. A binding contract is formed at that point.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before dispatching.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Products

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and nutritional information accurately. However, product packaging and formulations may change without notice from the manufacturer. The product you receive may differ slightly from what is shown on the website.

All supplements sold on our website are intended for use as food supplements only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the product label before use.

Delivery

Full details of our delivery options, costs, and timeframes are available on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, though we dispatch same-day on orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you on delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns and Refunds

Full details of our returns process, timeframes, and your statutory rights are set out in our Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.

In summary: you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Website Use

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the website without our written permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Peak Health Distribution Ltd or used under licence. Our brand names (Discount Supplements, XL Nutrition, Efectiv Nutrition, The Health Project) and associated logos are our trademarks.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of that order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, industrial action, or supplier issues.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform or bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
