- Better Products Out There

I've sampled a few proteins and this is grainy and incredibly sweet. Massive wind problems too. I'd just by XL Whey as its cheaper and work better i reckon. No added bonus to the Casein in this.

well, there are little gains with this, a slightly reduced recovery time, but i was still a bit achy every time going 3 times a week. and the worst thing is it gives you awful wind problems. taste was alright, wouldnt recomend, get the reflex instant whey

Protein is an essential nutrient to the body. As well as aiding repairs to skin and body generally, it is vital for repair and growth of muscle tissue. When you want to bulk up, you need more protein than you can get from your normal diet. Supplementation is therefore required in addition to normal meals. Protein drinks should be taken daily between normal meals. It is also advisable to increase carbohydrates when supplementing with protein as this helps with absorption, as well as providing energy resources.

Nutrisport 90+ Protein has all the essential and nonessential amino acids and has been re-formulated with Micellar Casein. The combination of Micellar Casein and Whey ensure that you have a rapid yet prolonged release of protein into your body. 90+ is perfect for serious body builders, strength athletes and those on high protein diets.
Directions
Add 4 heaped scoops (53g) to 1 pint of water. For best results use a blender or Shaker. Otherwise mix with a fork. May be used to replace not more then one meal per day or as an additional protein source between meals before sleeping and on waking.
