Look don't get me wrong its not the best tasting shake out there but my god look at the protein your getting and look at what it does ! real good value for money i bought the chocolate seems fine to be honest Brilliant gains and a great solid product ! PROTEIN ISN'T MEANT TO TASTE LIKE A MCDONALDS MILKSHAKE - i would recommend this to anyone who wants a high protein kick on a tight budget ! Ill be buying again

Nutrisport Whey Protein Isolate is made up of globular proteins which work to stimulate protein synthesis and therefore allow the body to work harder under physical stress and still recover quicker than normal after your workout. Recent studies indicate that whey protein may increase cellular glutathione levels providing anti-oxidant protection. Nutrisport Whey Protein Isolate helps you to build the body you work hard to achieve!

Whey Protein is considered to be the most nutritionally complete protein available to athletes and body builders. It’s easily absorbed for rapid conversion to muscle tissue. It is also low fat, low lactose and low in calories. It has a high biological value which means more of the protein is retained by the body to be converted to muscle.

Nutrisport Whey Protein Isolate is no less than 84% protein for more efficient recovery of muscle tissue. It undergoes no heat treatment; therefore the protein is un-denatured and retains its nutrients.
Directions
Add 2 scoops (40g) to 1 pint of water. For the best results use a blender, shaker or shake in a screw top jar, otherwise mix with a fork. Use as an additional protein source between meals, before sleeping and on waking. May also be used as a meal replacement to replace no more than 1 meal per day.
