Good protein, doesn't lump in water if shaken well.
It doesn't taste well or smell nice at all, I reccomend you stay clear of strawberry.
apart from that it isn't bad stuff.

Best whey protein I've ever tried. Disolve well with water and taste just like chocolate. Will stick with this one for years to come!

I have been training for the last two years and I have toned and lost body fat significantly. During this time I saw blokes at my gym using shakes but I thought you can get all the protein you need out of natural food. How wrong was I!! I tried this product when it was on offer with reflex Creatine capsules. I noticed within one week that my muscle density and shape changed. I noticed the way people looked at me, they noticed as well.
I bought the choc-mint flava, and boy does this taste nice. I mix two scoops into a shaker with semi fat milk, and believe me it does taste real nice, just like Areo choc bar.
In fact my son tasted this product when I first got it, so I gave him a sip, now he pesters me for some all the time, so if kids like it you can bet your bottom dollar that it is good.

Directions
Read product label before use.
Mix 25g (approx 2 level 25ml measures) with 300ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender. Consume 2-3 servings daily.
The above is our recommended usage instructions. You may of course take a larger or smaller serving and mix with more or less liquid as desired. Please be aware that using more or less powder will impact the number of servings per container, and adding more or less liquid will impact the taste of the product. The scoop included with the product measures volume not by weight, for precise meaurements please use measuring scales. This product is sold by weight not the number of servings. A measuring scoop is included in this container but may settle to the bottom during transit.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. To preserve the product once opened always tightly screw the lid back on and avoid exposing the remaining product to humid air.
