Had been using Maximuscle prior to this stuff, but I can say that I will be buying this in the futher. This stuff taste's great, you get alot for your money and you get the free creatine. Excellent product and I haven't tried another other flavours apart from strawberry and I think the strawberry one taste's good with water.

Tried both. Good taste. Only tried with water. Tastes like hot chocolate if you make it with water only cold. Both mix well. Vanilla mix better than chocolate but both no lumps etc. have seen good gains from this. Going up around 5kg on the bench press per week. Working out 5 days a week and taking pre and post workout. Gives more energy and stamina. Good stuff for the price! Recommended a+++

Out of 4 different brands this is the only one that doesn't give me stomach discomfort. I've made my way through a tub of vanilla, banana and I'm on chocolate now (I just like testing all the tastes). Taste-wise they are all great, be that mixed with water, milk or oats for breakfast. The only difference so far is that you can't mix chocolate into a glass of water with a spoon, whereas that works for banana and vanilla. For chocolate you'll need a mixer every time, no big deal though.

Directions
Read product label before use.
Mix 25g (approx 2 level 25ml measures) with 300ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender. Consume 2-3 servings daily.
The above is our recommended usage instructions. You may of course take a larger or smaller serving and mix with more or less liquid as desired. Please be aware that using more or less powder will impact the number of servings per container, and adding more or less liquid will impact the taste of the product. The scoop included with the product measures volume not by weight, for precise meaurements please use measuring scales. This product is sold by weight not the number of servings. A measuring scoop is included in this container but may settle to the bottom during transit.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. To preserve the product once opened always tightly screw the lid back on and avoid exposing the remaining product to humid air.
