- Too Sweet

When I first tried it I found difficult to drink the whole 400 ml as it was extremely sweet, making it hard to drink more than once daily.

Just got mine today, as mentioned in previous the sweeteners ruin it. I got chocolate and it tastes nasty. probably too early to post about this product but il repost regarding my progress with it

Vanilla is very sweet but I love the taste. Not been using it long enough to comment on gains but I'm sure it'll do the job! Great value for money too.

Directions
Read product label before use.
Take 3 slightly heaped scoops (100g) and mix with 400ml of water, juice or skimmed milk. Take immediately after exercise and at any time when your Protein and Carbohydrate intake is low. Not recommended before exercise. Once mixed keep chilled and consume within 3 hours.
