  The competitor must be an authorised retailer selling genuine products. Private sellers, auction sites, classifieds, or marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace) are excluded.
  
• 
  The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of request.
  
  The competitor’s advertised price must be in the same currency and include all applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs.
  

2. Exclusions

Our Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to:

  Clearance, liquidation, closing down, or going-out-of-business sales.
  
• 
  Membership-based pricing (e.g., Costco, loyalty rewards, subscription discounts).
  
• 
  Gift card offers, bundle deals, limited-time flash sales, or promotional pricing.
  
• 
  Pricing errors, misprints, or items not available to the general public.
  
• 
  Services, warranties, or non-product items.
  

3. How to Claim

• 
  Provide us with proof of the competitor’s advertised price (e.g., a website link, screenshot, or catalogue).
  
• 
  Claims must be made before purchase or within [X] days of your order with us.

  We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing and product availability before approving a claim.
  

4. Price Beat Adjustment
