Banana is really nice, chocolate OK but powdery
You will need a proper mixer for this, but works really well after a workout. The diet bars are also nice

Vanilla is the best tasting flavour, followed by chocolate then strawberry. I tried the banana flavoured Cyclone product once and had to throw it away it was so disgusting.

I bought the vanilla, was horrible and couldn't stomach it at all. Tried it with milk and wasn't much better. Am using the promax diet bars which suit me much better.

Directions
For best results take 2 servings a day. One at breakfast and another after exercise or between meals. One serving = 2 x 30g scoops. Mix with 300 - 350ml of cold water. For best results, mix in a Maximuscle shaker.
