its good taste, choc milk,, mint and banana,great value, im sure its working coz im holding on to muscle good and i have a very active job,but it needs a really good shake

Brought this size just as a trial to see if it works for me.At the moment I cannot make a justified review about the quality,but it does taste really nice.I bought the banana split flavour and its addictive.Shake it longer in your shaker cup because it does tend to not mix as greatly as other proteins.All the better put it in the blender.Protein Power!!!!!!
