I have just finished my first lot. Had the vanilla, tasted pretty horrible but just about bearable with milk.
Gained 3 pounds a week using one scoop twice a day (morning and after a work out) with 2000mg of creatine.
Biggest problem with this is the sugar content, I crashed at about 10am and 10pm from the amount of sugar. I've since changed to a product with more complex carbs as this is high enough to riddle you with diabetes..
4stars, less sugar and it would be 5!

Good amount of protein per serving. However not much of a weight gainer as only around 300 kcals. Main issue would be that all carbs are in the form of sugars, as opposed to complex carbs which obviously isn't ideal. In my opinion you would be much better off going for the Optimum Health Whey Protein, as it is basically the same thing minus the sugar.

This is the best protein brand I have had, although I don’t like banana but chocolate is good. I took this for 2 months and went from 82kg to 91kg, I have since cut down and weigh in at 87/88 kg. I tend to go off & on the shakes in the 2 months though as creatine just lumps water on the muscle and you want to turn that to hard muscle.
