They taste vile but are bearable if mixed with cranberry juice.

These vials are the best. To be honest the taste really is not good, but I just down them and for just 100calories you havea whopping 25grams of protein. I love these, I can carry them about easily, to work, to the gym, they are fantastic!

I thought I would give them a go considering the cheap multibuy price and the reviews that they have had.Oh how wrong could people be.they taste awful. Huge gagging reflex after downing one.Sorry to say its not something I will be ordering again..Will stick to reflex Whey Refresh
