Where is my order?

If you still haven't received your order follow these steps.

  1. Click on 'My Accounts' > 'My Orders' > Click on 'View Orders' next to the order you are waiting on. Here you should be able to see that the item is dispatched and she the tracking information.

Can I change my order?

If your order is yet to be shipped and you want to make a change, get in touch and we will try to arrange this for you.

Part of my order is missing

We are very sorry if your order has arrived and not everything you ordered is in the box. Contact us on the methods below and we will check into where your missing items have gone.

I'd like to return an item/my order.

If your parcel has arrived, but you would like to return an item or the whole order, here is what to do.

  1. Login to your user account, and click 'Returns' in the left hand menu.

  2. Click 'Request New Return' at the top of the page.

  3. Complete the form and submit it to our returns team. They will be back in touch ASAP to arrange the next steps.

I have recieved a wrong item

If your parcel has arrived, but the items inside don't match what you ordered.
