Recommended Use
Mix 1 scoop (7.5g) with 200ml of cold water in a shaker cup and mix well for 20 seconds. Consume 15-30 minutes before a workout. Do not consume within 3 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

For the price, this is a really good pre-workout. I doubt you will find ones as cheap that do give you the same pump. Its not the best pre-workout but you will need to be paying 30% more to get a better one.
